アカウントおよびクラウドデータの削除について
Okamoto Art Studio のアプリで、Googleログイン、クラウド同期、その他のアカウント機能を利用している場合、ユーザーはアカウントおよびクラウド上に保存された関連データの削除をリクエストできます。
Training Log では、Googleログイン、Firebase Auth、Firebase によるクラウド同期を使用する可能性があります。クラウド同期を利用していない場合、トレーニング記録や設定情報は主に端末内に保存されます。
削除対象の例
- Firebase Auth 上のアカウント情報
- クラウド同期されたトレーニング記録
- クラウド同期された設定情報
- 同期、認証、本人確認に必要な識別情報
端末内だけに保存されているデータは、アプリ内の削除機能、端末の設定、またはアプリを削除することにより削除できます。
削除依頼方法

本人確認のため、メール本文に以下の内容を記載してください。
- アプリ名
- ログインに使用したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレス
- 削除したいデータの内容
保持される場合がある情報
法令遵守、不正利用防止、課金管理、問い合わせ対応、紛争対応、セキュリティ確保などのために必要な情報は、目的の達成に必要な期間保持される場合があります。
それ以外の削除対象データは、リクエスト内容と本人確認を確認した後、原則として30日以内を目安に削除または匿名化します。ただし、確認に時間を要する場合、法令上または運用上必要な場合は、この限りではありません。

Account and Cloud Data Deletion
If you use account features such as Google Sign-In or cloud synchronization in apps provided by Okamoto Art Studio, you may request deletion of your account and related data stored in the cloud.
Training Log may use Google Sign-In, Firebase Auth, and Firebase-based cloud synchronization. If you do not use cloud synchronization, training records and settings are mainly stored only on your device.
Examples of Data That May Be Deleted
- Account information in Firebase Auth
- Training records synchronized to the cloud
- Settings information synchronized to the cloud
- Identifiers necessary for synchronization, authentication, and identity verification
Data stored only on your device can be deleted by using in-app deletion features, device settings, or by deleting the app from your device.
How to Request Deletion

Subject example: Account deletion request
To verify your identity, please include the following information in your email.
- App name
- The email address of the Google account used to sign in
- A description of the data you want deleted
Information That May Be Retained
Information necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, billing management, inquiry support, dispute handling, and security may be retained for the period necessary to achieve those purposes.
Other data covered by the deletion request will generally be deleted or anonymized within approximately 30 days after the request details and identity verification are confirmed. However, this may not apply if additional time is needed for verification, or if retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
