アカウントおよびクラウドデータの削除について
Okamoto Art Studio のアプリで、Googleログイン、クラウド同期、その他のアカウント機能を利用している場合、ユーザーはアカウントおよびクラウド上に保存された関連データの削除をリクエストできます。
クラウド同期やアカウント機能を提供するアプリでは、Googleログイン、クラウド同期、購入状態・プレミアム権限の管理、アカウント移行、通知機能などのために、Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Functions、Google Drive API などを使用する場合があります。クラウド同期を利用する場合、同期対象データはユーザー自身のGoogle Driveのアプリ専用領域に保存されます。
クラウド同期を利用していない場合、アプリ内の記録や設定情報は主に端末内またはブラウザ内に保存されます。
削除対象の例
- Firebase Auth 上のアカウント情報
- 購入状態、プレミアム権限、アカウント移行履歴など、Firebase 上で管理される情報
- ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveのアプリ専用領域に保存された該当アプリの同期対象データ
- 過去の同期方式でFirebase上に保存されたクラウド同期データが残っている場合、そのデータ
- クラウドリマインダー、通知端末情報、同期、認証、本人確認に必要な識別情報
端末内だけに保存されているデータは、アプリ内の初期化機能、端末の設定、またはアプリを削除することにより削除できます。
Google Drive同期データは、対応アプリでGoogleアカウントにログインしている場合、アプリ内のクラウドデータ削除機能から削除できる場合があります。この操作では端末内またはブラウザ内のローカルデータは削除されません。

本人確認のため、メール本文に以下の内容を記載してください。
- アプリ名
- ログインに使用したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレス
- 削除したいデータの内容（例: Firebase上のアカウント情報、購入権限情報、過去のクラウド同期データなど）
ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveのアプリ専用領域に保存された同期データは、原則としてアプリ内の削除機能またはGoogleアカウント側のアプリデータ管理機能から削除してください。ログインできないなどの理由で操作できない場合は、その状況をメール本文に記載してください。
保持される場合がある情報
法令遵守、不正利用防止、課金管理、問い合わせ対応、紛争対応、セキュリティ確保などのために必要な情報は、目的の達成に必要な期間保持される場合があります。
それ以外の削除対象データは、リクエスト内容と本人確認を確認した後、原則として30日以内を目安に削除または匿名化します。ただし、確認に時間を要する場合、ユーザー側でのGoogle Driveデータ削除操作が必要な場合、法令上または運用上必要な場合は、この限りではありません。
アプリ別補足
Training Log
Google Drive同期を利用している場合、トレーニング記録、種目、設定、体重・体脂肪率などの同期対象データは、ログイン中のGoogleアカウントのGoogle Driveアプリ専用領域に保存されます。アプリ内の「Google Drive同期データを削除」機能からクラウド同期データを削除できます。
端末内のトレーニング記録や設定は、アプリ内の初期化機能、端末の設定、またはアプリ削除により削除できる場合があります。
Stamp Diary
Premium のクラウド同期を利用している場合、日記、スタンプ設定、アプリ設定などの同期対象データは、ログイン中のGoogleアカウントのGoogle Driveアプリ専用領域に保存されます。アプリ内のクラウドデータ削除機能から、Google Drive上の同期データおよびクラウドリマインダー関連データを削除できる場合があります。
端末内またはブラウザ内の日記データ、スタンプ、予定、設定は、アプリ内の初期化機能、端末の設定、ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、またはアプリ削除により削除できる場合があります。
Daily Wins
Daily Wins は、通常ユーザー向けのクラウド同期やアカウント機能を提供していないため、通常の利用では削除依頼が必要なクラウド上のアカウントデータは発生しません。
端末内またはブラウザ内の積み上げ項目、日々の記録、設定は、アプリ内操作、端末の設定、ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、またはアプリ削除により削除できる場合があります。

Account and Cloud Data Deletion
If you use account features such as Google Sign-In or cloud synchronization in apps provided by Okamoto Art Studio, you may request deletion of your account and related data stored in the cloud.
Apps that provide cloud synchronization or account features may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, the Google Drive API, and similar services for Google Sign-In, cloud synchronization, purchase status and Premium entitlement management, account migration, notification features, and related operations. When cloud synchronization is used, sync target data is saved in the app-specific area of the user's own Google Drive.
If you do not use cloud synchronization, in-app records and settings are mainly stored on your device or in your browser.
Examples of Data That May Be Deleted
- Account information in Firebase Auth
- Information managed in Firebase, such as purchase status, Premium entitlements, and account migration history
- Sync target data for the relevant app saved in the app-specific area of the user's own Google Drive
- Cloud synchronization data that may remain in Firebase from a previous synchronization method
- Identifiers necessary for cloud reminders, notification device information, synchronization, authentication, and identity verification
Data stored only on your device can be deleted by using in-app initialization features, device settings, or by deleting the app from your device.
If you are signed in to a supported app with a Google account, Google Drive sync data may be deleted through the in-app cloud data deletion feature. This operation does not delete local data stored on your device or in your browser.

To verify your identity, please include the following information in your email.
- App name
- The email address of the Google account used to sign in
- A description of the data you want deleted, such as Firebase account information, entitlement information, or previous cloud synchronization data
Sync data saved in the app-specific area of the user's own Google Drive should generally be deleted through the in-app deletion feature or through app data management features provided by the Google account. If you cannot perform that operation, for example because you cannot sign in, please describe the situation in your email.
Information That May Be Retained
Information necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, billing management, inquiry support, dispute handling, and security may be retained for the period necessary to achieve those purposes.
Other data covered by the deletion request will generally be deleted or anonymized within approximately 30 days after the request details and identity verification are confirmed. However, this may not apply if additional time is needed for verification, if user-side deletion of Google Drive data is required, or if retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
App-Specific Notes
Training Log
When Google Drive sync is used, sync target data such as training records, exercises, settings, body weight, and body fat percentage is saved in the Google Drive app-specific area of the signed-in Google account. Cloud sync data can be deleted through the in-app "Delete Google Drive sync data" feature.
Training records and settings stored on the device may be deleted through in-app initialization features, device settings, or by deleting the app.
Stamp Diary
When Premium cloud synchronization is used, sync target data such as diary entries, stamp settings, and app settings is saved in the Google Drive app-specific area of the signed-in Google account. The in-app cloud data deletion feature may delete Google Drive sync data and cloud reminder related data.
Diary data, stamps, schedules, and settings stored on the device or in the browser may be deleted through in-app initialization features, device settings, browser site data deletion, or by deleting the app.
Daily Wins
Daily Wins does not provide cloud synchronization or account features for ordinary users, so normal use generally does not create cloud account data that requires a deletion request.
